Francisco Domínguez Otero (Socio Titular)

Lawyer, bar n. 19.668 at ICAB. Director of civil, commercial and sport areas. From 1989 to 1992 he combined practicing law in the family office with the carrying out of a degree in Law from UAB, in Barcelona. He obtained a Masters in Private International Law at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Subsequently, he became part of an International Bureau with headquarters in Germany, practicing business law. Francisco Dominguez has also been a Professor of Commercial Law at the University of Girona.

Since 1996 he has practiced advocacy, working exclusively as a partner at DTR Lawyers – Economists, specialising in civil-commercial areas. In addition, he works in the area of sports law at DTR Lawyers – Economists, advising professional football clubs as well as professional sportsmen.

Montse Duran Estadella

Lawyer, bar member n. 31.929 at the “Il.lustre Col.legi d’Advocats de Barcelona”. From 2000 to 2005 she studied a Bachelor of Law, together with a Diploma in Environmental Law, at the University of Navarra in Pamplona. She joined the team of DTR Lawyers – Economists in 2005, combining the final year of her degree with the incorporation of judicial practice within the DTR Lawyers – Economists. In 2007 she carried out a course in Civil Procedural Law at ESADE.

During 2006, she enrolled at ICAB, after which time she became a professional lawyer at the DTR Lawyers – Economists within the civil, commercial, criminal and sports areas.

Carla Toscano

Lawyer, bar n. 29761 at ICAB. In 2003 she completed her degree in Law at the International University of Catalonia, combining the last year of her degree with the practice of fiscal law at the “Junceda & Medina” law firm in Barcelona, as well as practicing labour law in the Social Courts of Barcelona. In 2004 she obtained a Masters in Taxation/Tax Advice at The Centre of Financial Studies. In 2004 she became a member of ICAB and began practicing civil-commercial law at the law firm of D. Francesc Casamitijana.

In 2005 she joined the DTR Lawyers – Economists team and since that time has practiced civil, commercial and criminal law.

In 2008 she reconciled legal practice with teaching as a professor of occupational risk prevention at the “Fundació Institut Gaudí de la Construcció”.

Jordi Salvador

He read law at IESE and holds a master’s degree in Urban Leases (ICAB) as well as Urban Planning Law (Abad Oliva).

He began his career in banking (Barclays Bank) and during this time he carried out several courses in Business Economy and Financial Management.

At the age of 30 he was appointed Division Manager at Distribuidora Internacional de alimentación (DIA).

After completing IESE he became part of the Steering Committee of Conforama as Expansion Manager for Spain and Portugal.

In September 2.000 he joined AKI Bricolaje (a French Multinational Company part of Adeo Group) where he headed the following areas:

-Development: Expansion, Assets, Technical Area, Market Studies.

-Institutional Relations: Company representative before ANGED, AECOC, AECC, ADFB, the French Chamber of Commerce.

-Indirect Services and Sales.

After completing a year as manager in Leroy Merlin, he decides to open a consultancy (avanZa Retail) specialised in development strategy and Asset Management, and at the same time he joins DTR Lawyers – Economists.

Cristina Turro

Cristina Turro Valls

Lawyer, bar no. 34447 at ll.lustre Col.legi d´Advocats de Barcelona. From 1997 to 2001, she pursued and completed a Bachelor of Law at the University Abat Oliva CEU. Afterwards, she joined the Maresca Firm which specialises in urban planning law. She joined the DTR Lawyers – Economists in 2013 in which she currently heads the legal department for a group of companies within the construction and real estate sectors. She has extensive experience within different areas and aspects of real estate and construction, both publically and privately. In her role at DTR Lawyers – Economists, she offers advice to companies, funds, institutions and individuals, both national and international, on a range of matters within the remit of real estate and construction.
