Berenguer Tomàs Figueras, read law and is a member of the Barcelona Bar since 1996, and holds a Master’s Degree in Labour Law and a Postgraduate Degree in Labour Law and Social Security.
He began his career as a labour lawyer in the law firm Tomás Vilaltella, an office specialising entirely in labour law. In 1996 he joined forces with Francesc Domínguez, a lawyer specialising in civil and corporate law, and in 2000 they founded DTR Lawyers.
He participates in forums and debates in the world of labour law. He is a columnist and advisor on labour issues for both large and medium-sized companies. Member of the labour law commission of the Barcelona Bar Association and member of the sports law commission of the Barcelona Bar Association. Member of the National Association of Labour Lawyers.
Permanent attendee of the Aranzadi Social labour law debate forum in Barcelona, the seminar on Labour Law Improvement and Updating of the Centro de Estudios Financiero, as well as the seminar on Labour Auditing.
